This is a New Ground-Up, one story facility, +/-13,500 square feet. The facility includes the Living Quarters for a Ten-Person Crew and Battalion Chief, Training and Exercise rooms, Equipment Turnout Room, Office Area, and a forty foot-high Hose Drying Tower. The design includes a Drafting Pit, and is master-planned for a future Training Yard.
